Art auction benefits Whitefish Community Library

Friends of Whitefish Community Library will host a Silent Art Auction fundraiser from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, in the Community Room of the Whitefish Community Library. The event is open to the public, offering the opportunity to view art and enjoy complimentary refreshments. The fundraiser includes a limited-edition framed Montana Centennial Poster signed by former Govs. Tim M. Babcock, Forrest H. Anderson, Thomas Lee Judge and Ted Schwinden, as well as the artist. Also offered are Gary Schildt Lewis-Clark Exploration Commemorative Series decanters and several other auction items.
