No. 24251 NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION HIGHWAY 93 NORTH ZONING DISTRICT The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 76-2-205(5), M.C.A., that it passed a resolution of intention (Resolution No. 837CU) on February 6, 2017, to change the zoning designation in a portion of the Highway 93 North Zoning District from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) to I-1H (Light Industria - Highway). The boundaries of the area proposed to be amended are described as: Tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 29 N, Range 22 W, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point that bears North a distance of 690.00 feet and West a distance of 174.40 feet from the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 1; thence West a distance of 1107.60 feet to the Easterly right of way of Highway 93; thence North along said right of way a distance of 627.50 feet to the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1; thence East along said North line a distance of 787.90 feet to the Westerly right of way of the County road; thence Southerly along said Westerly right of way of the county road a distance of 706.40 feet to the point of beginning.
