No. 26136 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana hereby give notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(1), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a request by Saddlehorn II & III, LLC to amend the text of the Saddlehorn Planned Unit Development (PUD). The proposed amendment would add a conditional use, remove permitted uses, and allow for a shared driveway. The proposal would amend the text of the Saddlehorn PUD to read: Permitted Uses in the PUD will be: Dwelling, single family detached; Dwelling, single family attached; Guest House; Homeowners Park; Camp and retreat center; Caretakers facilities; Recreation facilities, low impact; Water storage facilities. Conditional Uses in the PUD will be: Short Term Rental Housing¹ ¹Administrative Conditional Use Permit (Per Zoning Ordinance) Allow for shared driveways with other lots, up to three if the purpose is to minimize disturbance caused by constructing a driveway only on one lot. The Saddlehorn PUD applies to the Bigfork Zoning District, created under Section 76-2-205, M.C.A., and is on file for public inspection at the Office of the Clerk & Recorder, 800 South Main, Kalispell, Montana, at the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office, 40 11th Street West, Kalispell, Montana and online at: http://flathead.mt.gov/planning_zoning/zoning.php. Documents related to the proposed amendments to those regulations are on file for public inspection at the Commissioners' Office and at the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office.
