The proposal is contained within the Downtown Plan established as an amendment to the City of Kalispell Growth Policy Plan-It 2035 by Resolution No. 5846 on December 4, 2017. Nora Clarice Parr Lee, 79, passed away Sunday, Aug. 23, 2009, at Florida Hospital in DeLand, Fla. Clarice Lee was born March 6, 1930, at her grandparents' home in the Lower Valley, northeast of Somers, to Richard Gordon and Freda Bolz Parr. She attended school in Somers where she was a member of the 4-H Club and the Girl Scouts.
