SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A federal judge in Utah on Tuesday tossed a lawsuit brought by snowboarders against one of the last ski resorts in the country to prohibit their sport, ruling that boarders don’t have a constitutional right to practice their sport at the private resort.

I just received a notice from the Kalispell City Planning Board about an upcoming workshop and public hearing regarding a Flathead High School Residential Parking Permit Program. The proposed meeting will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

Rivals' fundraisers illustrate differences
According to the Daily Inter Lake, a fundraiser was held on Aug. 20 for Ryan Zinke, Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, at which attendees paid $10,000 per couple to participate in a “roundtable discussion” with Zinke and House Speaker John Boehner, or $1,000 to attend a reception with them.
Creationist Daines not qualified
Steve Daines proudly proclaims his belief that creationism is the correct explanation for the diversity of life on Earth. He says that evolution is bunk, a liberal charade purveyed on America by godless anti-Christians, and that creationism should be taught in Montana’s and the nation’s science classes.
McCain won't save us from illegal aliens
One hundred thousand illegals flooded our nation two months ago, dispatched to far off localities in a matter of days. Sen. McCain was photographed shaking his fist at a $10 an hour security guard who refused to allow McCain inside the compound. He quickly gave up and boarded a plane for the Ukraine where he began shaking his fist at Vladimir Putin.
