Kristi Lynn Davis suffered a massive stroke and died Sunday, Apr
2008, at the Kalispell Regional Medical Center. The daughter of Robert and Fran Davis, Kristi was born on Oct. 25, 1957, in Seattle. She grew up in the Flathead Valley, spent summers at her family's cabin on Flathead Lake, and attended Cornelius Hedges Elementary School in Kalispell.
Robert Lee Anderson (aka Bobby Lee, aka Big Bob, aka Bobalouey), 55, of Condon, left on the ultimate fishing trip on Friday, April 25, 2008.
Bob was born on March 30, 1953, in Missoula, to Robert K. "Tuffy" and Leita Anderson. Bob was raised in Condon in the beautiful Swan Valley where he developed a love for the outdoors that is matched by few others and that stayed with him for his entire life.

passed away at home on April 23, 2008, surrounded by her family. She had fought a hard battle with cancer. Mae was born May 16, 1938, in Kalispell to Olaf and Julia Erickson. She was raised in the Flathead Valley of Montana.

Veronica married her first husband, A.J. "Bud" Rowe, on Oct. 18, 1949. They moved to Montana and traveled the state, raising their six children in many towns following Bud's job in highway construction, and settled in Columbia Falls in 1965. They later divorced.

Tractor-trailer drifts off Montana 35
Mike Bartel of Draggin? Wagon towing company secure cables to a tractor-trailer that overturned 10 miles north of Polson along Montana 35 Monday afternoon. The driver of the truck was not injured and was wearing a seat belt when his vehicle went off the road. The driver struck a guardrail head-on and the end of the guardrail got caught beneath the truck?s axle. Having the guardrail caught in the axle probably slowed the truck?s tumble off the road, according to the Montana Highway Patrol. Draggin? Wagon had seven rigs at the scene to help with the truck removal.

She continued to live in the Flathead Valley all of her life, except for the short time she spent working in the shipyard in Seattle during World War II.
